J. Silver Online Store is unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. Most orders will be dispatched within three working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are not available.

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground (10 to 14 business days)*.

Tracking Your Order
If you want to track your order shipment via UPS, you can do so in the following way: 1) Refer to your order confirmation email for the UPS tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at www.ups.com to track your order shipment.
